If your account had previously been cancelled, you can reactivate your annual subscription in just a few simple steps:

Login to the Cannabiz Media License Database at app.cannabiz.media using the login credentials that were linked to your original account. If you cannot remember your login credentials, use the Forgot Password function.

Once logged in it will suggest you resubscribe with your previous subscription plan, showing you the amount of users, lists, and emails you had access to. Click Resubscribe to reactivate your account at that level.

Note: If you do not see the plan you would like to subscribe to, please reach out to your account manager or support@cannabiz.media.

This next pop up will allow you to add additional users or add on features before completing your subscription.

This next screen is where you will verify the billing information. Make sure to update your billing contact information and/or credit card if that information has changed. This screen will complete your order!
