Analytics are available for each Email Campaign and provide data on when your recipients received, opened, and clicked your email message.
Unfortunately, some email providers have privacy settings that block us from being able to identify opens. This is because open rates are tracked by including a transparent image file that email providers sometimes strip out. Even without open data we can still determine clicks, however, which is why sometimes open data may be missing while click data is present.
