When you are ready to purchase your subscription to the Cannabiz Media License Database, begin by selecting your service plan on our website and click Subscribe.
Once in your cart you can opt to add additional users which will enable other members of your team to access the License Database as well as send emails to the addresses within our records. Once your cart contains everything you need for your team's subscription, click Proceed to checkout where it will prompt you to provide your billing and user information.
Once payment goes through you will receive a confirmation email that provides login information for the primary user. The primary user is automatically set as the person who made the purchase in the previous step.
Assigning Additional Users
If additional users were purchased, the primary user can assign those seats through the Team tab in the Account Dashboard. To access the Team tab in the Account Dashboard, log into the primary user account and click Settings in the dropdown found by clicking your profile picture/initials.
Scroll down to the 'Add a user' form and simply enter the name, email address, and phone number for the person you would like to assign your additional seat to and click Add user. The user will receive an email prompting them to login. Repeat this step as many times as necessary to assign all purchased seats.
