If you have our License Export Plan, you'll have the option to export License data into an Excel CSV file. In order to get the cleanest data and avoid adding duplicate email addresses when uploading your License data to a CRM, we provide you with the option to only export one License record per unique email address.
To do this, begin the export process by clicking Export List on any saved License List.
Within the window that appears when you initiate an Export, there is an option to "Only include one record per unique email address". Checking that box removes additional records with the same email address, giving you one record per email address.
This option may be helpful if you are only concerned with the email on a record, and do not need unique address or phone number information from each License record.
