If you're trying to export a License List, but see a message telling you that some of the records on your List are not eligible for export, it's due to some of the records not meeting the export restrictions.
Each possible cause is outlined below.
Segments - The ability to export records is contingent on which License Export Plan you purchased. If you have the Cannabis License Export Plan, but not the Hemp License Export Plan, you might see that alert if you have not filtered your List for the Cannabis segment, or vice versa. Be sure you've selected the correct Segment using the filter on the left.
Countries - The License Export is only available for North American Licenses, so be sure you have only the US or Canada selected on the left.
Statuses - You'll only be able to export Active, Pending, and Applied Licenses, so use the filter to select those statuses before you export.
Time the License has been in the system - If the License was recently added in the past 7 days, you won't be able to export it. This is because we add the License information as soon as we have it, but continue to add more information by reaching out to the License Holder. We want you to have the most up to date and complete information, so we want you to hold off on exporting the data until we have a chance to add to it.
