To get the most successful delivery rates with your emails sent from Cannabiz Media, we require that you set up DNS records on your email domain. Instructions for starting this process are below.
1. Navigate to My Account and then select Email Settings
2. You'll see a section labeled Send from your domain with your email domain shown. Select "Get Started" to begin the process. You'll be brought to a simple form; complete and submit it.
Note: Seeing a button for "Review DNS Settings" instead of "Get Started" indicates that you've already completed the form. Clicking "Review DNS Settings" will show you the information you need to configure the DNS settings without completing the form again.
Once you complete the form, it will be sent to use for review. When approved, you'll receive an email with the information you'll need to complete the form. You will likely need your IT person to help with this; if you did not include them in the form, forward them the email. If you do not have an IT person, reach out to us in the chat, and we will try to help you set this up. Note that the setup requires access to your domain host - commonly GoDaddy, Google Domains, Wix, etc.
