Open Google Chrome and go to the page where the issue is occurring and look for the ellipsis button (three vertical dots) and select Developer Tools within More Tools.

Once the panel is opened, select the Network tab and locate the round Record button in the upper left corner of the tab, it should be red. If it is grey, click it once to start recording.

Check the box Preserve log and click the clear button to remove any existing data.

Once your logs are clear, go through the same steps you did to recreate the issue while the tool records the data. Once you have reproduced the issue right-click anywhere in the grid of data requests and select Save as HAR with Content and choose where you want to save the file on your computer.
