If at any point we need to change over ownership of the account there are a few steps to take. If you do not have the ability to access the Account Owner's profile or the ability to log into the Account Owner's email but need to take over the account, please reach out via the in-app chat or email us at support@cannabiz.media.

If you can access the Account Owner's email account, you can submit a password reset and then follow the steps below to continue the change process.

How do I change the password on my account?

Once you have logged into the account using the Account Owner's credentials navigate to the My Account section.

Here we will click on Change email next to the current email address

This will open up a new page where you will be asked to fill out this form. Once completed It can take up to 24 hours for this to be approved.

Note: Only email addresses for individual people will be approved. Organizational email addresses such as info@ or sales@, for example, cannot be used. Add on user emails must belong to the same email domain as the primary email on your account, and cannot be common emails such as GMAIL, Yahoo, AOL, etc.

If you are changing your user email to a new domain you may need approval from your account manager. You will also need to add the new domain to your account. Please see this article; How do I set up DNS records?
